Jason Dohring is joining THE ORIGINALS as a recurring character in season 3. He’ll be playing Detective Kinney, an officer who teams up with Cami to try and solve the rash of murders taking place in the French Quarter and the two will be working together in a mid-October episode of THE ORIGINALS.
Elsewhere in the episode, Elijah and Jackson learn that poachers have begun killing werewolves in the bayou. When Hayley doesn’t show up during the full moon, the two men are worried about her. It turns out that Davina is the only person who knows where she is, but she wants to use that information to her advantage.
Finally, Lucien warns Elijah about the war between the sire lines and Klaus tries to verify a threat against the Mikaelson siblings that he heard about in a prophecy.
