Annalise takes on a new client in this week’s HOW TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER, but this time it’s a friend of her’s. While discussing the Hapstall case with her students and tasking them with finding another suspect (after all, wealthy people usually have enemies), she gets a call from a transgender professor who has killed her husband. But is it self-defense or flat out murder?
Meanwhile, Annalise pays a visit to the prosecutor to tell her to lay off Asher or she’ll smear her name publicly. She agrees, if only because she’s confident she’ll be able to beat Annalise in the Hapstall case. But is she lying?
