Jake’s family takes center stage in this week’s episode of THE LIBRARIANS. After spending several months off on separate adventures, the Librarians came together in the season 2 premiere to help stop a huge storm over Manhattan. Now the trio have opted to work together again with Eve at their side as Flynn headed out to find missing relics from the Library’s archives.
In “…And What Lies Beneath the Stones (aka Coyote)”, the Librarians and Eve head out to investigate a cave-in at an oil rig site which has unleashed Hokolonote, a shape-shifting god who grows in strength any time a lie is told. But this investigation is going to put Jake on a collision course with someone he doesn’t want to see: his father (played by Jeff Fahey). The unleashing of the god will also force the three Librarians to come clean to each other and reveal long-buried truths, which could lead to them solving the riddle of the ancient prison that held Hokolonote.
