Diggle has learned that his brother may not be the man he thought he was on ARROW, but is all of the information that he’s being fed actually true?
After keeping the connection between his brother and H.I.V.E. a secret from Oliver earlier in the season (a fact which caused tension between the two men), Diggle is being honest this week when he shows Oliver the evidence that Lance brought him about his brother. Apparently H.I.V.E. did away with Andy because his criminal operations conflicted with theirs. But Oliver is adamant that this story doesn’t jive with what Diggle has told him about Andy. Did Andy keep secrets from his brother or is Damien Darhk manipulating the situation?
Elsewhere in the episode, Thea’s bloodlust returns and she loses control in front of Alex.
