The holidays are coming to Star City in the midseason finale of ARROW this year, with a joint Christmas/Hanukkah party being thrown at Oliver’s campaign headquarters.
In the episode, titled “Dark Waters”, the city is attacked again. From the looks of the photos below, it seems like a clean-up event is happening at the local beach when something terrible happens. In retaliation, Oliver is going to make a bold move against HIVE.
Enter Damien Darhk, who decides to attend Oliver’s mayoral holiday party and retaliates himself in a very brutal manner, interrupting the festivities. But before everything gets tragic, it looks like a new couple is enjoying themselves — Quentin Lance and Donna Smoak.
