Amanda Waller — via Lyla — recruits Team Arrow for a mission in this week’s episode. Lyla tells the group about the reemergence of a criminal organization named Shadowspire — an enemy of Diggle and Andy’s wartime past that may be on a payback mission. The danger of this organization forces Diggle to learn to trust his brother Andy, but it also leads to the revelation of some secrets about their shared time at war.
Meanwhile, Felicity is back at home after her surgery and now in a wheelchair, leading her and Oliver to learn a new way of life. She’s also not eager to return to work, but can Oliver convince her that she’s still a valuable member of the team?
