Starz announced today that Sophie Skelton will be joining the cast of OUTLANDER in its second season as Brianna.
Starz said that “Brianna, a striking, redheaded young lady, is the daughter of the lead characters Claire and Jamie Fraser. Strong-minded and intelligent beyond her years (traits inherited from both her mother and father), Brianna has a distinctly scholastic mind-set and a healthy dose of Fraser stubbornness.”

It was previously announced that Richard Rankin was cast as Roger Wakefield. We won’t spoil you non-book readers, but Roger and Brianna will have a connection.
OUTLANDER will return for its second season in April 2016.
