Reese and Dr. Choi face an overbearing father as they try to find out what’s wrong with his hockey player son on this week’s CHICAGO MED.
While Frank, the hockey player, is not dealing with what’s happening to him well, the overbearing father is less than helpful and willing to see what’s wrong with his son as a scholarship is on the line and the word concussion is brought up.
While Reese may be helping Dr. Choi on trying to get to the bottom of a teenage hockey star’s diagnosis after he enters the ER completely freaked out after passing out on the ice, she has some decisions to make as she starts thinking about which hospital will suit her for her residency.
Elsewhere on CHICAGO MED, Dr. Rhodes meets Ray who is a 9/11 hero with a pulmonary fibrosis diagnosis and though he and a fellow doctor think that an innovative procedure could save him, problems quickly arise that put Ray’s chance in jeopardy.
