After a tumultuous three week break, THE 100 returns tonight with a sure-to-be drama-filled hour. This week we’re back in Polis to find out how Clarke is faring in the wake of Lexa’s untimely death.
She’s clearly distraught by everything that has happened, but must put her feelings aside for the moment. The conclave choosing which nightblood will receive ‘the flame’ housing the second AI. Aden from Polis as well as Ontari of Ice Nation are the top contenders, but understandably Clarke is a little reluctant to have one of her enemies essentially meld with Lexa’s consciousness. In the end, she may not be able to part with this last remaining piece of Lexa.
Meanwhile, trouble is brewing in Arkadia as Kane, Lincoln and Sinclair and await execution. Bellamy having had a change of heart in the last episode proposes saving them, but it may be a little too late. It’s becoming clear that someone will have to die before the problems with Pike get any better.
Who will die and go to that Ark in the sky? Which nightblood will end up receiving the flame? And what’s next for the turmoil in Polis and Arkadia?
