BLINDSPOT Sneak Peek: Patterson’s Very Rough Day

Jane Doe finds herself in increasingly confusing circumstances as she heads into this week’s new episode of BLINDSPOT, “Mans Telepathic Loyal Lookouts.”

During last week’s episode, as Jane and the team hunted down traffickers in stolen military chemical weapons, Jane flashed back again to her past, this time witnessing Special Agent Weller and his family attending a memorial service for Taylor Shaw, with Jane and Oscar watching surreptitiously from a distance. And at the end of the episode Jane met Oscar in an underground garage, where Oscar told her “we” (whoever we is) needed her to get between Weller and Agent Allie Knight, Weller’s former flame with whom Weller has renewed a romantic relationship. When Jane said she can’t do that, that she can’t ask Weller to sacrifice his happiness like that, Oscar said that “they” are all making sacrifices, that Jane can’t imagine the sacrifices he has made. And then Oscar leaped for her and the two of them make mad passionate love on the garage floor.

In a touching closing scene, researcher Patterson took the advice of her therapist and accepted a dinner reservation set up by her late fiance David before his death, which he secretly reserved to celebrate their first anniversary. Patterson envisioned David there chatting with her, and he challenged her to finish a crossword puzzle that he created – his last – before dessert arrived. Completing it, she discovered David had hidden a clue to one of Jane’s tattoos that he had been trying to solve before he was murdered. And that brings us to tonight’s new episode, as Patterson takes off on her own to solve the mystery, leading her into danger.

Meanwhile, Oscar reveals more to Jane about her past and Weller asks his father for help figuring out who may have kidnapped Taylor Show, plus as you will see in our sneak peek below Weller patches up his relationship with his estranged father.

Don’t miss this new episode of BLINDSPOT tonight (April 11) on NBC at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT (U.S.) and CTV (Canada).
