The Department of Defense hires Team Scorpion for a special mission in this week’s episode. They want them to break into Fort Knox to “steal” a precious artifact in order to test their security. It turns out that the “theft” involves some RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK-style antics. But they later discover that they have to break into Fort Knox a second time when they find something dangerous hidden inside the artifact.
Meanwhile, Toby tell Walter that the dates he’s been taking his new girlfriend on aren’t really “date-y” and she’s just pretending to like his interests because she suffers from “damsel syndrome”. Walter seems sad about this diagnosis, but Toby insists he’s just hanging out with this girl because he’s jealous of Paige and Tim. Also, Ralph’s lawsuit against the college professor who stole his work is continuing, but his lawyer isn’t exactly inspiring confidence. And it seems like Walter’s bad mood after Toby’s bombshell is negatively affecting his relationship with Ralph, which angers Paige.
