It looks like there is a big decision is on the horizon for Dawson and Casey on this week’s CHICAGO FIRE. After settling in on the couch, Dawson nervously sits up and tries to ask Casey a question. It turns out she has been thinking about becoming foster parents to a young boy named Louis. She describes how it felt when the little boy jumped into her arms and she tries to explain to Casey that perhaps everything the couple has been through in the last year — including the complications with her pregnancy resulting in the loss of their baby — could have led them to this decision and to being this boy’s foster parents.
