Emma returns to Lakewood after an extended retreat when SCREAM returns for its second season. After learning that her sister was actually the killer, Emma has tried to recover from the horrors of last season. Now everyone is walking on eggshells around her and wondering if she can really move on.
Meanwhile, everyone seems to be keeping secrets. Audrey is hiding her connection to the Killer, but someone knows the truth and is harassing her about it. Broke and Jake are hiding a budding romance from Mayor Maddox and Noah is getting closer to finding out what really happened during the season 1 murders. After all, he believes that someone was helping Piper when she was on her murderous spree. And there’s a new Killer in town playing a psychotic mind-game who is intent on destroying all of Lakewood’s heroes.
