BLINDSPOT Sneak Peek: Too Close for Comfort

If it’s not one thing it’s another for Jane Doe and Special Agent Weller on BLINDSPOT. One week they’re away chasing terrorists, the next they’re back at the office chasing personal demons.

Last week found Jane and Weller’s FBI team taking on an unusual case, protecting a very young asset. They had found a child with cuts and abrasions whom Dr. Borden realized had autism and a gift for drawing faces and scenes to perfection from memory. And her memory remembered the face of a terrorism leader and a New York City location that the team realized meant the city was in imminent danger of an attack. To protect the girl while searching for the terrorism cell, they brought the girl to a remote house in the country only to be tracked down by what they thought was the terrorist cell, assuming the cell wanted the girl because she could identify them. But it turned out to be and inside job. The fire fight brought Jane closer to Weller and drew Dr, Borden closer to Patterson, who had to work closely to protect and save the little girl.

This week, the team finds itself even closer at “home” when criminal hackers infiltrate the FBI building, trapping the team inside. Literally locked in their own little worlds, the team members must fight their way out of close quarters, with Mayfair, Zapata, and Reade forced to face personal conflicts.

Watch the sneak peek below and tune in to BLINDSPOT on Monday (May 9) at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT on NBC (U.S.) and CTV (Canada).
