There’s good news and bad news coming out of ABC today: freshman comedy series THE REAL O’NEALS has been renewed, but drama show NASHVILLE has been cancelled. The midseason drama THE FAMILY has also been cancelled.
The REAL O’NEALS will join the other renewed ABC series on the 2016-2017 schedule, including GREY’S ANATOMY, SCANDAL, HOW TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER, BLACK-ISH, MARVEL’S AGENTS OF SHIELD, ONCE UPON A TIME, QUANTICO, THE GOLDBERGS, FRESH OFF THE BOAT, MODERN FAMILY, and THE MIDDLE.
