Netflix unveiled the first look at LUKE CAGE at Comic-Con last month, but now the streaming service has an extended trailer for the newest Marvel show to hit the internet.
Mike Colter stars as Luke Cage, a character first introduced in the Netflix series JESSICA JONES. After a sabotaged experiment leaves him with unbreakable skin and tremendous strength, Luke tries to rebuild his life in Harlem while staying under the radar. But this reluctant hero soon realizes that his city needs him to fight for it.
This series, like DAREDEVIL and JESSICA JONES before it, is all part of a grand Marvel plan for Netflix. Shows IRON FIST and THE DEFENDERS (featuring characters from all of the shows before it) will follow.
LUKE CAGE will be available for streaming on Netflix on September 30.
