STRANGER THINGS was the breakout hit of the summer and has been both a ratings, critical and social media success for Netflix. Today the streaming service announced that the series has been renewed for a second season.
Not much is known yet about STRANGER THINGS 2, but we do know that season 2 will consist of 9 episodes and will premiere on Netflix in 2017. There’s no word yet on whether the show will continue with the same characters or become an anthology series.
