Things are changing on ARROW. As Felicity points out in the extended preview below, Oliver has spent the last several months hoping for things to back to how they were. But Diggle and Thea both left the group at the end of season 4 and don’t seem that eager to get back into the vigilante game.
At first, Oliver takes to the streets solo in order to protect Star City. But the city has become overrun with criminals and a new crop of vigilantes. Some of the new heroes are skilled. Others, like Curtis….not so much. Felicity suggests that they form a team with some of the new vigilantes, but Oliver continues to resist.
Then, of course, a deadly new criminal comes to town. When Tobia Church starts terrorizing the city, Oliver realizes that a new team is exactly what’s needed to keep the peace.
ARROW returns for a new season on Wednesday, October 5 at 8:00 p.m. on The CW (U.S.) and CTV Two (Canada).
