The big reveal at the end of last week’s QUANTICO was the insinuating that Miranda is working with the terrorists who took over the summit. After Alex managed to make her way to a phone she called her old FBI boss and let her know that the FBI has a woman on the inside. Then Miranda turned around to warn the terrorists about this fact, leading the audience to believe that she may be in cahoots with the terrorists.
But is that true? Has Miranda really turned dark side, much like Liam did in season 1? Or is there something more to this story that we don’t know about?
What we do know according to sneak peek for tonight is that Alex is determined to find out more information about the terrorists, their weapons and their plans. She tells Miranda that she’s going to gather as much intel as she can and then Miranda wants her to be careful. Moments later Miranda pulls out her secret cell phone and sees a message from the terrorists: “We will find [Alex]”. To accomplish her goal, Alex manages to find a stash of outfits that the terrorists wear and puts one on, deciding to go undercover. ABC warns that Alex discovers that “not everyone is a stranger” among the terrorist group. Which leads us to believe that she may uncover the fact that one of her old CIA training is a terrorist.
In the hostage group, meanwhile, Ryan tells Raina that they need to figure out who is behind the masks — even just one face. From the looks of the photo below Ryan goes about this by getting into a fight with one of the terrorists and trying to tear off his/her mask. But will doing so put his life at risk?
