CHICAGO MED Sneak Peek: Signs of Trouble

This week’s CHICAGO MED has a doctor questioning their instincts, a pair of doctors seeing returning patients, and some troubling overflow at the hospital.

Dr. Manning’s cancer patient, Hayley, returns and it’s looks like her treatment has taken a turn for the worse. She struggles to find a way to tell the girl’s parents about what’s happened to their daughter. All the while, Dr. Rhodes’ instincts become a problem for him after a pair of consultations with Dr. Latham and Dr. Halstead lead to a difference in diagnosis in patients.

Elsewhere on CHICAGO MED, the hospital is slammed with patients, but Ms. Goodwin is not willing to divert, despite Maggie’s plea to alleviate some of the congestion from an overflow of patients and the potential for straining their resources.

Dr. Reese is also dealing with a return patient of sorts as Danny, the teen that fell into what Reese thought were human traffickers, reaches out to her for an informal session. Though Dr. Reese seems willing to help Danny out, she talks to Dr. Charles about it and he warns her to stop what she’s doing — that she’s gotten too close. Eventually Detective Lindsay makes an appearance and she, along with Dr. Charles, help Reese through the situation.

Watch a new CHICAGO MED tonight (October 27) at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT on NBC.
