This week’s CHICAGO MED has the staff at the hospital facing encounters with familiar faces, potential financial opportunities, and a returning patient that they are struggling to help.
Reese is still trying to help Danny as much as she can with Detective Lindsay’s assistance, especially after he tried to get the chip removed last week. But it seems like helping him get away from the people who implanted the chip might be more difficult than Reese had thought.
Elsewhere on CHICAGO MED, Ms. Goodwin runs into a childhood sweetheart who comes in and she learns that he’s in trouble and she seems to be struggling with the prognosis her doctors have told her. All the while, Dr. Rhodes treats a young woman who comes in with a heart infection, despite Dr. Charles’ advice.
Finally, Dr. Halstead gets presented with what he believes to be a potentially lucrative venture, and a chance to gain some financial stability, in the form of a concierge doctor application.
