This week the CHICAGO MED crew will be dealing with certain issues that a few characters will be taking to heart, from one of Dr. Rhodes and Dr. Charles’ patient to Maggie’s situation with one of the emergency department’s latest patients that tie to her past.
Dr. Rhodes’ patient, Megan, comes into the emergency department after a bad car accident. While she seemed to be in a rush to get to the hospital because they have found a heart for her transplant, it seems like her injuries from the crash may potentially put her odds of getting that heart in jeopardy.
All the while, Maggie has to deal with a new patient who is an officer. More specifically, an officer who arrested her in the past — and she is met with some friction when it comes to treating them.
Elsewhere on CHICAGO MED, Dr. Manning and Dr. Halstead find themselves having to defend their methods when they have to explain how one of their patients died.
