CHICAGO MED Sneak Peek: Snow Storms and Difficult Decisions

The doctors are faced with white out conditions and some nearly-impossible decisions on this week’s CHICAGO MED as they deal with an influx of patients after a multi-car pile up in the middle of a blizzard.

Goodwin informs everyone that with the limited resources and beds they have, they will be forced to make some tough choices on treatment for the incoming trauma patients. Rhodes, Latham, Manning, and Halstead are tasked with the difficult decision of who gets the hospital’s limited supplies, including the blood supply, based on their odds of survival. Those decisions don’t come easy, and the tension between the doctors are high as they debate who is more likely to survive.

Elsewhere on CHICAGO MED, Dr. Choi finds himself treating a severely burned patient who just wants his final wishes granted, while Dr. Charles deals with a patient who becomes impatient in the waiting room.

Watch CHICAGO MED tonight (February 16) at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT on NBC.
