The CW Teasers: A SUPERGIRL-FLASH Musical, WWI on LEGENDS OF TOMORROW and More

What’s coming to The CW the week of March 20? Darren Criss (GLEE) will be appearing on both SUPERGIRL and THE FLASH in the musical crossover event. Meanwhile, Clarke makes it to the island on THE 100 and the Mikaelson siblings attempt to rescue Klaus on THE ORIGINALS.

Monday, March 20

SUPERGIRL 2.16 “Star-Crossed”: A new villain (guest star Teri Hatcher) comes to National City, putting Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) on high alert. Meanwhile, Winn’s (Jeremy Jordan) girlfriend, Lyra (guest star Tamzin Merchant), gets Winn in trouble with the law. Maggie (guest star Floriana Lima) attempts to help Winn but old loyalties get in the way. The Music Meister (Darren Criss) attacks Supergirl. John Medlen directed the episode written by Katie Rose Rogers & Jess Kardos.

JANE THE VIRGIN 3.14 “Chapter Fifty-Eight”: Jane (Gina Rodriguez) feels guilty that she isn’t around for Mateo as much as she would like, so she decides to run for Room Mom against none other than perfect mom, Petra (Yael Grobglas). With the help of Jane and Xo (Andrea Navedo), Alba (Ivonne Coll) tries to impress her crush, but it doesn’t go as smoothly as planned. Rafael (Justin Baldoni) tries to be there for both Jane and Petra. Meanwhile, Rogelio (Jaime Camil) tries to slyly get information from Mateo about Xo and Bruce’s (guest star Ricardo Chavira) relationship. Melanie Mayron directed the episode written by Merigan Mulhern.

Tuesday, March 21

THE FLASH 3.17 “Duet”: Barry (Grant Gustin) and team are surprised when Mon-El (guest star Chris Wood) and Hank Henshaw (guest star David Harewood) arrive on their Earth carrying a comatose Supergirl (guest star Melissa Benoist) who was whammied by the Music Meister (guest star Darren Criss). Unable to wake her up, they turn to Team Flash to save her. However, the Music Meister surprises The Flash and puts him in a similar coma, one that Team Flash can’t cure. Kara and Barry wake up without their powers in an alternate reality where life is like a musical and the only way to escape is by following the script, complete with singing and dancing, to the end. Dermott Downs directed the episode with story by Greg Berlanti & Andrew Kreisberg and teleplay by Aaron Helbing & Todd Helbing.

DC’S LEGENDS OF TOMORROW 2.15 “Fellowship of the Spear”: The Legends must devise a plan to retrieve the last remaining fragments of the Spear of Destiny from the Legion of Doom. They find themselves in France at the height of World War I faced with the knowledge that they must destroy the mystical object. They enlist the help of a soldier by the name of John Ronald Reuel Tolkin (guest star Jack Turner) and find that the Spear is leading them into the heart of the war. Meanwhile, the team must all resist the temptation of the Spear, and the return of a former teammate. Victor Garber, Brandon Routh, Arthur Darvill, Caity Lotz, Dominic Purcell, Franz Drameh, Nick Zano and Maisie Richardson-Sellers. Ben Bray directed the episode written by Keto Shimizu & Matthew Maala.

Wednesday, March 22

THE 100 4.07 “Gimme Shelter”: Clarke’s (Eliza Taylor) arrival on the island quickly takes a turn for the worse. Meanwhile, Bellamy (Bob Morley) tries to avoid further tragedy in Arkadia. Paige Turco, Marie Avgeropoulos, Devon Bostick, Lindsey Morgan, Christopher Larkin, Richard Harmon, Zach McGowan, Isaiah Washington and Henry Ian Cusick also star. Tim Scanlan directed the episode written by Terri Hughes Burton & Ron Milbauer.

Friday, March 24

THE ORIGINALS 4.02 “No Quarter”: After being cured and woken, the Mikaelson siblings join Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) in an effort to rescue Klaus (Joseph Morgan) from captivity – even if they must face Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) in the process. Meanwhile, Klaus’ demons materialize in unexpected ways as he suffers from the effects of the Tunde Blade, and Vincent (Yusef Gatewood) investigates a haunting that will prove to be much more sinister than he could have imagined. Daniel Gillies also stars. Bethany Rooney directed the episode written by Talicia Raggs & Michelle Paradise.

REIGN 4.06 “Love & Death”: Mary (Adelaide Kane) must deal with the political repercussions of a potential marriage to Lord Darnley (Will Kemp) and King Charles (Spencer MacPherson) disappears, leaving Catherine (Megan Follows) to pick up the pieces. Elizabeth (Rachel Skarsten) comes to Gideon’s (Ben Geurens) aid, while Claude (Rose Williams) receives an interesting proposition. Craig Parker, Dan Jeannotte, Jonathan Goad and Celina Sinden star. Megan Follows directed the episode written by Drew Lindo and Wendy Riss.
