Rumple and Emma travel to the Dream Realm in this week’s ONCE UPON A TIME. As it’s the only place they can be free from the Black Fairy, the pair head there to help save Gideon. But Rumple discovers that he’s in his own dream, not in his son’s, and he finds himself in the house where he was born. All of this leads to flashbacks of Rumple’s early days as a baby. It’s through these flashbacks that we learn that Rumple’s mother, Fiona, learns from his fairy godmother that his destiny is prophesized. Once she learns about his terrible future she does everything in her power to keep it from happening. Ultimately, Fiona will have to make a decision that will change the course of both their lives.
In the present we see Rumple struggling to change his son’s future as well. But when the Black Fairy gets her hands on the Blue Fairy, is all hope for our heroes lost?
