What’s coming to The CW the week of October 16? A new Prince of Hell will be appearing on SUPERNATURAL, while JANE THE VIRGIN’s Yael Grobglas will be making an appearance as a villain with psychic powers on SUPERGIRL. Meanwhile, Rebecca finds herself a new ally in her quest for revenge on CRAZY EX-GIRLFRIEND and Anatoly returns to Star City on ARROW.

Monday, October 16

SUPERGIRL 3.02 “Triggers”: Psi (guest star Yael Grobglas), a thief with psychic powers, attacks National City. Able to immobilize people by tapping into their worst fears, Psi proves a formidable opponent for Supergirl. Meanwhile, James (Mehcad Brooks) and Lena (Katie McGrath) are at an impasse, and Samantha starts her new job at L-Corp. David McWhirter directed the episode written by Gabriel Llanas & Anna Musky-Goldwyn.

Tuesday, October 17

THE FLASH 4.02 “Mixed Signals”: Barry (Grant Gustin) has his hands full when he takes on a dangerous meta (guest star Dominic Burgess) who can control technology, while also confronting an obstacle in his personal life: the ramifications of abandoning Iris (Candice Patton) for six months to balance the Speed Force. Meanwhile, Gypsy (guest star Jessica Camacho) breaches in for a hot date with Cisco (Carlos Valdes), but she gets annoyed when his work keeps them apart. Alexandra La Roche directed the episode written by Jonathan Butler & Gabriel Garza.

DC’S LEGENDS OF TOMORROW 3.02 “Freakshow”: The Legends find themselves in 1870 to fix the anachronism which happens to be at P.T. Barnum’s fledgling circus. However, Nate (Nick Zano) and Ray (Brandon Routh) accidently free a saber toothed tiger, creating a bigger problem. Meanwhile, P.T. Barnum (guest star Billy Zane) is on the hunt to capture Nate and Ray to make his show even more exciting for the crowd. Caity Lotz, Maisie Richardson-Sellers, Victor Garber, Dominic Purcell and Franz Drameh also star. Keith Tancharoen directed the episode written by Keto Shimizu & Grainne Godfree.

Wednesday, October 18

RIVERDALE 2.02 “Chapter Fifteen: Nighthawks”: With the gunman still at large and the residents of Riverdale on edge, Betty (Lili Reinhart) leads the charge to save Pop’s after learning that the diner may be forced to close its doors forever. Meanwhile, the gang becomes increasingly concerned for Archie’s (KJ Apa) well being after noticing a string of unusual behavior from him. Elsewhere, Betty and Veronica (Camila Mendes) approach Cheryl (Madelaine Petsch) and Josie (Ashleigh Murray) for their help saving Pop’s, while Jughead’s (Cole Sprouse) attempt to find FP (Skeet Ulrich) a new lawyer may have some serious repercussions. Finally, when a past betrayal unexpectedly comes to light, Veronica finds herself at a crossroads with Hiram (Mark Consuelos) and Hermoine (Marisol Nichols.) Allison Anders directed the episode written by Michael Grassi.

DYNASTY 1.02 “Spit it Out”: When it’s discovered that Matthew’s “accidental” death may have involved foul play, the spotlight falls on the Carringtons themselves. The family must swallow their own suspicions of each other and close rank to defend the clan. Cristal (Nathalie Kelley) struggles with what it means to be a Carrington, while Fallon (Elizabeth Gilles) begrudgingly helps cover up Cristal’s affair to protect the family name. Despite their efforts, everything comes to an emotional head at Matthew’s funeral. Grant Show, James Mackay, Rafael de la Fuente and Alan Dale also star. Sallie Patrick wrote the episode, directed by Michael Allowitz.

Thursday, October 19

SUPERNATURAL 13.02 “The Rising Son”: Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) begin to explore what Jack (Alexander Calvert) is capable of doing with his powers. An unexpected visit from Donatello (guest star Keith Szarbajka) alerts the boys to the fact that Jack will need more protection than the Winchesters can provide. There is a new Prince of Hell in town, Asmodeus (guest star Jeffrey Vincent Parise), and with Lucifer (Mark Pellegrino) out of the picture, he sets his sights set on Jack. The episode was directed by Thomas J. Wright and written by Eugenie Ross-Leming & Brad Buckner.

ARROW 6.02 “Tribute”: Oliver (Stephen Amell) tries to balance being the mayor, the Green Arrow and a father to William (guest star Jack Moore). Anatoly (guest star David Nykl) returns to Star City with a deadly agenda. Laura Belsey directed the episode with story by Adam Schwartz and teleplay by Marc Guggenheim & Beth Schwartz.

Friday, October 20

CRAZY EX-GIRLFRIEND 3.02 “To Josh, With Love”: Rebecca (Rachel Bloom), unsatisfied with Paula’s (Donna Lynne Champlin) ideas to build a case against Josh (Vincent Rodriguez III), turns to Nathaniel (Scott Michael Foster) for help crafting a truly evil plan. Meanwhile, Josh finds becoming a priest is harder than he thought. Pete Gardner, David Hull, Vella Lovell and Gabrielle Ruiz also star. Rachel Specter and Audrey Wauchope wrote the episode, directed by Kabir Akhtar.

JANE THE VIRGIN 4.02 “Chapter Sixty-Six”: Jane’s (Gina Rodriguez) burgeoning relationship with Adam (guest star Tyler Posey) helps bring out her fun side and reminds her that she isn’t just a mom. However, when Adam gets a job opportunity, he asks for Jane’s opinion on if he should stay or go. Rogelio (Jaime Camil) is facing issues with his co-star at work and things are about to get even worse for him. Xo (Andrea Navedo) is helping to take care of Darci (guest star Justina Machado) to prove that Rogelio is committed to being a father to the baby. Meanwhile, Petra (Yael Grobglas) and Rafael (Justin Baldoni) are working together to try and buy back the hotel, but are running into trouble, causing tension between them. Ivonne Coll also stars. Gina Lamar directed the episode written by Valentina Garza & Jessica O’Toole & Amy Rardin.
