While photos for the season premiere of SUPERNATURAL focused on Sam and Dean’s introduction to Jack, Lucifer’s son, photos for the second episode focus more on Jack’s father, Lucifer. Trapped in the alternate reality (or Earth-2, as we like to call it) with Mary, Lucifer is going to get a bit of a surprise when that reality’s version of his brother, the archangel Michael, comes to pay him a visit. Remember, this is a world where Michael and the angels won the apocalyptic war.
Meanwhile, back on Earth-1 with the Winchesters, Sam and Dean will start to test the limits of exactly what Jack is capable of doing with his powers. And we’ll see an old familiar face return — the prophet Donatello. He will come with the bad news that Jack will need more of their protection than they had initially thought.
And down in Hell, Asmodeus is setting his sights on capturing Crowley’s throne now that the former King of Hell is dead and Lucifer is MIA. He’s also going to be setting his sights on Jack.
