WILL & GRACE tackled politics in its first episode back on the air, but this week the gang turns their attention to two other topics: (1) dating when you’re older and (2) staff appreciation.
Both Will and Jack head back into the dating field this week and try to date younger men. Unfortunately, both of them find it extremely challenging. This, of course, leads to some hilarity when Jack wears a magnetized, titanium girdle.
Meanwhile, Karen’s staff wants raises and she gets the idea in her head that raises from an employer means that your boss appreciates the work that you do. She asks Grace for a raise and Grace points out that they have an understanding — Karen doesn’t really do any work and Grace doesn’t really pay her a salary. Karen is furious when she hears this, convinced that Grace doesn’t appreciate everything she’s done for her business. This also leads to hilarity when the two women accidentally get trapped in Karen’s extremely high-tech shower.
