Walter and Paige have settled into their new relationship despite some initial hurdles this season on SCORPION. But it’s a new experience for both of them and while their differing personalities prove enough of a strain on the relationship, there will be one more big challenge for them this week: Happy’s third-wheeling.
In the clips below from tonight’s episode, Paige confronts Walter about the fact that Happy can’t seem to leave the couple alone and keeps intruding on their private time together. Walter doesn’t see anything wrong with Happy’s behavior, but Paige is determined to get her to stop.
Of course, the burgeoning anger between the two women is derailed when a real crisis takes place: while decommissioning an old nuclear missile, a simple accident causes Team Scorpion to endure exposure to toxic vapor while trying to prevent the nuke from detonating. Walter, Happy and Sly are first exposed to the vapor, but Toby’s little dance party in the next room prevents the others from hearing the danger right away and threatens the lives of their team members even more.
