After what seems like a long hiatus, CHICAGO MED is back!
With Dr. Charles being shot at the end of last season, the season premiere addresses the fallout and aftermath of that event, showing where everyone is at. The doctors and nurses of CHICAGO MED are also dealing with their own personal issues. Everyone is forced to face some sort of hard truth courtesy of tough cases they are all on throughout the hour.
After that kiss in the finale, April and Ethan are still learning how to navigate their new dynamic especially when it comes to how they interact at work. Meanwhile, Connor and Robin are dealing with life after Robin’s diagnosis and treatment. Unfortunately for the pair, it seems like things won’t be such an easy road ahead for them.
Elsewhere, a pair of doctors deal with a heartbreaking car accident case in the emergency department while another will have to contend with the possibility that a fellow doctor may be coming for their job.
