‘Tis holiday season
And time for my tome
Like “The Night Before Christmas”
Stay tuned for the poem…

Two weeks before Christmas
And at NCIS
The cast and the crew
Are all doing their best

To give us a great show
And a very good reason
To rejoice and delight
In this holiday season

McGee and Delilah have twins
Oh, how lucky!
And the audience is happy ‘cuz
We love our Ducky!

And Palmer! And Bishop!
And Leon! And Abby!
Holidays with old friends
Who make us so happy!

The “new kids” like Torres
And Reeves and Jack Sloane
Are bringing new memories
And joy to our homes

And then, there is Gibbs…
Tim calls him “the boss”
Without his wise guidance
The team would be lost

They’ve been part
Of our families
For the past
Fifteen years

And brought us
Great stories
With drama
And cheer

There’s no better series
Than NCIS
The network’s crown jewel
(Don’t forget to thank Les)

And I heard Gibbs exclaim
As he sped out of sight
“Remember to watch us…
CBS, Tuesday nights!”

In this week’s episode, “Double Down,” Torres and Sloane protect a U.S. Senator who is visiting troops in Afghanistan for the holidays. While there, they find out that the Senator’s son has been attacked and hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.

“Double Down” was written by Co-Executive Producer, Christopher J. Waild, and directed by Alrick Riley. Guest stars are James Morrison, Jonathan Kite, Aaron Jennings, Amanda Payton, Michael Masini, Nicki Micheaux, Franco Barberis, Blake Webb and Joey Stromberg.

A new episode of NCIS airs Tuesday, December 12 at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT on CBS in the U.S. and on Global in Canada.
