NCIS starts the new year off with a bang…literally.
Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) and Bishop (Emily Wickersham) go undercover as a less-than-scrupulous twosome and end up on the receiving end of a boat explosion.
The faux couple stakes out suspicious activity in the Norfolk civilian marina to investigate drug runners when a life-threatening text message motivates the duo to head for the dock.
Boom!!!
The next day, unable to contact the pair, Gibbs (Mark Harmon), McGee (Sean Murray) and Reeves (Duane Henry) watch as a body is fished out of the marina, only to be interrupted by obnoxious boat owner, Richard Lane (guest star Kevin Ashworth).
Is Lane interested in fishing for marlin or fishing for answers about how much NCIS really knows? Could be fishy…
And are Nick and Ellie (“Nellie?”) fish food at the bottom of the marina?
Guest cast on tonight’s episode, “High Tide,” are Marshall Allman, Ramiz Monsef, Jamie Sorrentini, Charlene Amoia and Jozef Fahey. “High Tide” was written by David J. North & Steven D. Binder and directed by Tony Wharmby.
