What’s coming to The CW the week of January 22? Supergirl teams up with some former enemies and heads to Fort Rozz, while Ralph needs to step up to help Barry on THE FLASH. Meanwhile, Archie tries to win over Hiram on RIVERDALE and Donna’s neice goes missing on SUPERNATURAL.

Monday, January 22

SUPERGIRL 3.11 “Fort Rozz”: As Reign (Odette Annable) continues to terrorize the city, Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) teams up with Saturn Girl (guest star Amy Jackson), and the two recruit Supergirl’s former enemies, Livewire (guest star Brit Morgan) and Psi (guest star Yael Grobglas), to form a team for a mission to Fort Rozz to recover a prisoner who has information on how to defeat Reign once and for all. Meanwhile, Alex (Chyler Leigh) babysits Ruby (guest star Emma Tremblay). Gregory Smith directed the episode written by Gabriel Llanas & Anna Musky-Goldwyn.

VALOR 1.12 “Oscar Mike”: The Shadow Raiders are sent on the mission they’ve been waiting for. Nora (Christina Ochoa) and Gallo (Matt Barr) get separated from their crew and find themselves in a precarious situation. Trapped, everyone fears for their safety. W. Tre Davis, Charlie Barnett, Nigel Thatch, Melissa Roxburgh and Corbin Reid also star. Caitlin Saunders wrote the episode, directed by Tara Weyr.

THE FLASH 4.11 “The Elongated Knight Rises”: When a familiar villain returns to terrorize Central City, Ralph (guest star Hartley Sawyer) must rise up to defend the innocent while Barry (Grant Gustin) is detained by his trial. Meanwhile, Barry searches for the strength to keep his optimism alive in the face of his new circumstances. Alexandra La Roche directed the episode written by Sterling Gates & Thomas Pound.

BLACK LIGHTNING 1.02 “Lawanda: The Book of Hope”: As the community struggles with the violence surrounding them, a glimmer of hope appears: Is Black Lightning (Cress Williams) back? Lynn Stewart (Christine Adams), noticing the changes in the community, is also left wondering. While Jefferson Pierce (Cress Williams) struggles with his decision, Gambi (James Remar) urges him to take up the mantle once more and return to life as Black Lightning. Anissa (Nafessa Williams) and Jennifer (China Anne McClain) try to deal with the aftermath of their jolting experience. Damon Gupton and Marvin Jones III also star. The episode was written by Salim Akil and directed by Oz Scott.

RIVERDALE 2.11 “Chapter Twenty-Four: The Wrestler”: Amidst preparations for the town’s annual Picken’s Day festivities, Jughead (Cole Sprouse) interviews Toni’s (guest star Vanessa Morgan) grandfather and learns some shocking details about Riverdale’s history. In an attempt to get closer to Hiram (Mark Consuelos), Archie (KJ Apa) tries out for the Riverdale wrestling team after learning of Hiram’s love of the sport. Meanwhile, Betty (Lili Reinhart) unearths some dark secrets about her brother Chic (guest star Hart Denton), and Veronica (Camila Mendes) and Josie (Ashleigh Murray) clash as they prepare for their Picken’s Day performance. Madelaine Petsch, Marisol Nichols, Madchen Amick, Luke Perry and Casey Cott also star. Greg Araki directed the episode written by Britta Lundin & Brian E. Paterson.

DYNASTY 1.11 “I Answer to No Man”: When Fallon (Elizabeth Gillies) is taken hostage, the rest of the family must come together to enact a rescue mission — but coming together isn’t exactly what Carringtons do best. Out of desperation, Culhane (Robert C. Riley) turns to Jeff Colby (Sam Adegoke) for help, while Cristal (Nathalie Kelley) is forced to choose between her old family and her new one. SUPERNATURAL 13.11 “Breakdown”: Donna (guest star Briana Buckmaster) calls Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) for help after her niece, Wendy (guest star Sarah Dugdale), goes missing. The three hunters discover Wendy was kidnapped by a man who sells human parts to monsters in a grotesque online auction and race to save her before it is too late. Amyn Kaderali directed the episode written by Davy Perez.

ARROW 6.11 “We Fall”: Cayden James (guest star Michael Emerson) ups the ante by launching his plan to take control of every aspect of the city. Despite the scope of Cayden’s plan, Oliver (Stephen Amell) is determined to foil it with just the Original Team Arrow – and without the aid of Rene (Rick Gonzalez), Dinah (Juliana Harkavy), or Curtis (Echo Kellum). But things get complicated when William (guest star Jack Moore) is endangered as a result of Cayden’s handiwork. Wendey Stanzler directed the episode written by Speed Weed & Spiro Skentzos.

CRAZY EX-GIRLFRIEND 3.10 “Oh Nathaniel, It’s On!”: Rebecca (Rachel Bloom) navigates major changes in her professional life and Heather (Vella Lovell) gets a new opportunity. JANE THE VIRGIN 4.08 “Chapter Seventy-Two”: After Jane (Gina Rodriguez) and Rafael (Justin Baldoni) decide to send Mateo to a new school, they become guilt-ridden when they are forced to lie to get him in. After Xo (Andrea Navedo) convinces Rogelio (Jaime Camil) to attend therapy they both are surprised by their emotions. Meanwhile, Petra (Yael Grobglas) finds herself in big trouble with no one to turn to for help, not even Rafael. Ivonne Coll also stars.
