DeVoe is a formidable villain on THE FLASH. After his body deteriorated he transferred his consciousness into another meta and left his dead body on the floor of Barry’s apartment. Of course, he also arranged it so the police came knocking on Barry’s door and arrested him for DeVoe’s murder.
When THE FLASH returns from its hiatus Barry is on trial and fighting for his freedom. Iris and Joe are faced with a choice: will they go to extremes to keep Barry out of prison? The preview below shows us that Joe might be willing to plant evidence to ensure that Barry goes free. Meanwhile, Iris suggests that Barry expose his secret identity as The Flash, but he is afraid that such a move could paint a target on all of their backs.
Mark Valley will be making a guest appearance as Anton Slate, the DA in charge of prosecuting Barry.
