NBC is looking to create a Sunday night of family-friendly viewing. To that end, beginning March 11, NBC will be bringing back TIMELESS for a second season. Season 2 will consist of 10 episodes.
According to the network, “This season they’ll find an unlikely ally in their quest to ruin Rittenhouse, a deadly organization with plans to change history and reshape reality — even though Lucy’s family has been a part of Rittenhouse for centuries. Still making every effort not to affect the past themselves, they will visit 1692, 1917, 1941, 1981 and more. We’ll be introduced to the likes of Marie Curie, Hedy Lamarr, William Randolph Hearst and a multitude of other influential people throughout history.”
On March 11, NBC will be airing AMERICAN NINJA WARRIOR: USA VS THE WORLD for three hours beginning at 7:00 p.m. ET/PT, with TIMELESS premiering that week at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT.
On March 18, Sunday nights will consist of LITTLE BIG SHOTS and GENIUS JUNIOR, followed by TIMELESS at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT.
