The CW Teasers: A Hungry God on SUPERNATURAL, Grodd Returns to LEGENDS OF TOMORROW and More

What’s coming to The CW the week of April 2? The Winchesters will have to deal with a hungry, inter-dimensional God on SUPERNATURAL, while John Noble makes a guest appearance on LEGENDS OF TOMORROW. And several shows, including THE FLASH and RIVERDALE, will be airing reruns.

Monday, April 2

DC’S LEGENDS OF TOMORROW 3.17 “Guest Starring John Noble”: With the timeline barely stable, the Legends must tackle two anachronisms at the same time to try and keep Mallus at bay. Sara (Caity Lotz) and Rip (guest star Arthur Darvill) team up to stop Grodd (guest star David Sobolov) from going after a particular target leaving Nate (Nick Zano) and Wally (Keiynan Lonsdale) to stop Amaya (Maisie Richardson-Sellers) from changing her future. Meanwhile, the Legends think they have found a way to destroy Mallus, but they will have to create an uneasy alliance with one of their enemies. Brandon Routh, Dominic Purcell and Tala Ashe also star. Ralph Hemecker directed the episode written by Keto Shimizu & James Eagan.

LIFE SENTENCE 1.05 “Wes Side Story”: Stella (Lucy Hale) feels like she and Wes (Elliot Knight) need to get back into a romantic rhythm, but things take a turn when Wes gets a surprise visitor. Aiden (Jayson Blair) is torn over whether or not he should tell his father (Dylan Walsh) the truth about the woman he is dating. Meanwhile, Ida (Gillian Vigman) seems to be struggling with Peter’s new relationship which starts to cause problems in her own life. Arlene Sanford directed the episode written by Oliver Goldstick.

Thursday, April 5

SUPERNATURAL 13.16 “The Thing”: Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) continue to collect the pieces necessary to open a rift to the other world in order to save their family. Their latest quest leads them to a Men of Letters bunker from the 1920s and a hungry God from another dimension. Meanwhile, Ketch (guest star David Hayden-Jones) makes a shocking decision about Gabriel (guest star Richard Speight Jr.) after an unruly encounter with Asmodeus (guest star Jeffrey Vincent Parise). John Showalter directed the episode written by Davy Perez.

ARROW 6.17 “Brothers in Arms”: Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Diggle (David Ramsey) face their biggest challenge yet. Curtis (Echo Kellum) is disappointed to find out his new boyfriend has a firm anti-vigilante stance. Mark Bunting directed the episode written by Sarah Tarkoff & Jeane Wong.

Friday, April 6

JANE THE VIRGIN 4.15 “Chapter Seventy-Nine”: After Jane (Gina Rodriguez), Rafael (Justin Baldoni), Petra (Yael Grobglas) and JR (guest star Rosario Dawson) all go out together, Jane is bothered to learn that JR doesn’t like her. Jane and Rafael brush off a big relationship moment, but they both try to make up for it in different ways. Rogelio (Jaime Camil) is nervous to tell Darci (guest star Justina Machado) that he is no longer able to be a “Danny” so he uses Xo (Andrea Navedo) as a scapegoat landing him in hot water with both Xo and Darci. Meanwhile, Jane helps Alba (Ivonne Coll) secretly prepare for the biggest test in her life. Gina Lamar directed the episode written by Paul Sciarrotta.
