RIVERDALE is a show with a slew of musically-talented cast members, so the fact that the show is doing a musical episode shouldn’t come as a surprise.
This week, the students of Riverdale High are putting on their own production of “Carrie: The Musical”. The cast includes Cheryl Blossom as Carrie White, Alice Cooper as her mother, Archie Andrews, Betty Cooper, Veronica Lodge and more as Carrie’s fellow students. Kevin is serving as the director, while Jughead is filming a behind-the-scenes documentary of the show. And instead of the episode serving as the entire play, the show will be incorporating the various songs into a behind-the-scenes look as the students prepare for and rehearse the show.
