Monday, May 7

SUPERGIRL 3.17 “Trinity”: Still reeling after learning about Lena’s (Katie McGrath) secret, Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) asks Guardian (Mehcad Brooks) for a favor that could alter his relationship with Lena forever. Meanwhile, with all three Worldkillers united, Supergirl and the team brace for an epic battle. Caitlin Parrish & Erica Weiss directed the episode with story by Jessica Queller and teleplay by Caitlin Parrish & Derek Simon.

IZOMBIE 4.10 “Yipee Ki Brain, Motherscratcher!”: When Liv (Rose McIver) consumes the brain of a vice detective who doesn’t play by the rules, her newfound recklessness gets her into trouble. Meanwhile, Major (Robert Buckley) is coming really close to discovering Liv’s secret. Rahul Kohli, Malcolm Goodwin, David Anders, Aly Michalka and Robert Knepper also star. Rico Colantoni directed the episode written by Chelsea Catalanotto.

THE FLASH 4.21 “Harry and the Harrisons”: With DeVoe’s Enlightenment device nearly complete, in order to disable it The Flash (Grant Gustin) and his team must put their faith in an unlikely ally – Amunet Black (guest star Kattee Sackhoff). Meanwhile, Harry (Tom Cavanagh) hits an all-time low when the “Council of Wells” kicks him out but then Cisco (Carlos Valdes) introduces him to the “Council of Harrisons.” Kevin Mock directed the episode written by Judalina Neira & Lauren Certo.

THE 100 5.03 “Sleeping Giants”: Bellamy (Bob Morley) leads the charge investigating a potential way home. Meanwhile, Clarke (Eliza Taylor) and Madi (guest star Lola Flannery, “Home Again”) deal with the new, uncertain threat to their home. Paige Turco, Henry Ian Cusick, Marie Avgeropoulos, Lindsey Morgan, Richard Harmon, Chris Larkin and Tasya Teles also star. Tim Scanlan directed the episode written by Aaron Ginsburg & Wade McIntyre.

RIVERDALE 2.21 “Chapter Thirty-Four: The Killing of a Sacred Deer”: When an incident at the Sheriff’s station triggers an all-out war between the North and the Southside, Archie (KJ Apa) and Jughead (Cole Sprouse) find themselves in the fight of their lives. Meanwhile Veronica (Camila Mendes) makes a devastating discovery about Hiram (Mark Consuelos), just as someone from his past arrives in Riverdale looking for revenge. Finally, Betty (Lili Reinhart) comes face to face with the Black Hood. Madelaine Petsch, Marisol Nichols, Madchen Amick, Luke Perry, Mark Consuelos, Skeet Ulrich and Casey Cott also star. Cherie Nowlan directed the episode written by Shepard Boucher.

THE ORIGINALS 5.04 “Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea”: Frustrated by the lack of progress made in the search for Hayley, Klaus (Joseph Morgan) turns up the heat by taking hostages from each of the three New Orleans supernatural factions. Freya (Riley Voelkel) goes to Mystic Falls to check on Hope (Danielle Rose Russell), who has been sent back to the Salvatore School. Vincent (Yusuf Gatewood) seeks guidance from Ivy (guest star Shiva Kalaiselvan) after learning that Klaus’ erratic behavior is escalating. Sammy Jo (Rafael de la Fuente) and Steven (James Mackay) prepare to tie the knot — but an unexpected guest causes all hell to break loose. Sallie Patrick and Libby Wells wrote the episode, directed by Michael Allowitz.

LIFE SENTENCE 1.08 “Sleepless Near Seattle”: Stella (Lucy Hale) suddenly finds herself on a road trip with Dr. Grant (guest star Riley Smith) and Sadie (Nadej Bailey) to help get Sadie into a clinical trial. While Stella (Lucy Hale) is away, Wes (Elliot Knight) gets a call from his ex about a job opportunity. Peter (Dylan Walsh) and Aiden (Jayson Blair) try to find a new normal between them, and Aiden discovers an unexpected new friend. Meanwhile, Lizzie (Brooke Lyons) and Diego (Carlos PenaVega) learn that their son is being bullied at school, which brings out a new side of Diego. Gillian Vigman also stars. Ellen S.
