Fox decided to revive LAST MAN STANDING for the 2018-2019 season, a few years after the show went off the air on ABC. During a conference call this morning with reporters, the Fox CEOs indicated that they were impressed at the ratings of the show when it lived on Friday nights on ABC (even with little promotion), so they’re exicted to see how the show does with a network that gives it a broader push.

There’s no real teasers on what fans can expect to see when the show returns, except that Tim Allen will return as Mike Baxter, “a married father of three girls, who tries to maintain his manliness, despite being surrounded by women”. The series also stars Nancy Travis, Jonathan Adams, Amanda Fuller, Christoph Sanders and Jordan Masterson.
