THE ORVILLE was a bit of a breakout fit for Fox last season. The show, starring Seth MacFarlane, is a spoof on STAR TREK. Set 400 years in the future, the series follows the U.S.S. Orville and its crew — a mix of humans and aliens — who travel throughout the universe and deal with other worlds and the problems of every day life.
Today during the show’s Comic-Con panel, Fox released the first trailer for season 2. THE ORVILLE returns for its second season on Sunday, December 30 on Fox.
