If there is anywhere known for its non-stop celebrating, it is New Orleans. From this week’s New Orleans Film Festival to the Voodoo Music and Arts Experience, there always is a party going on in the Big Easy. For those who can’t make this week’s celebrations, fear not. NCIS: NEW ORLEANS is bringing an event right to your living room.
Celebrating its 100th episode tonight, NCIS: NEW ORLEANS pulls out all of the stops with the return of Stacy Keach as Dwayne’s (Scott Bakula) incarcerated dad, Cassius Pride. In an NCIS case that is focused on an infamous casino heist from the elder Pride’s past, the tense father-son relationship is complicated further by the heist, the pressures of Dwayne’s new promotion, the aftermath of being shot, and by a family member Dwayne never knew existed.
The milestone episode also features Coachella favorite, the soulful R&B band, Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats performing “Hey Mama” and “You Worry Me.”
Tonight’s episode, “In the Blood,” guest stars Alice Kremelberg, Amy Rutberg, Bryan Terrell Clark, Jason Alan Carvell, Melinda McGraw, Mark Kubr, Annika Pampel, Craig Cauley Jr., Justin Miles, Keyara Milliner, Nick Basta, and Preston Richardson. “In the Blood” was written by Ron McGee and directed by James Whitmore, Jr.
