Felicity seeks out Laurel’s help in tonight’s all new ARROW. She’s a bit surprised to see the alternate Laurel practising law, but Laurel insists she’s doing all of this for Quentin. And so, Felicity realizes that she might be able to use this Laurel to her advantage — she asks if she might be interested in bringing The Silencer to justice. And upon the realization that Felicity kidnapped the criminal, Laurel seems eager to play along. Elsewhere in the episode, arsonists target Rene’s community center and injury Zoe in the process. This causes the new Green Arrow to step in to help.
