In a word, the NCIS team often best can be described as “determined.” Not a group that gives up easily, Gibbs (Mark Harmon) and crew resume their investigation of a robbery case that has remained unsolved. When the main suspect is released from prison, the team delves into the high-profile case, with some aggressive questioning, an undercover stakeout and a search to separate the truth from the fiction.
Here’s hoping that Gibbs and McGee (Sean Murray) spending time on a stakeout will provide the chance for some snappy patter. Or will time drag on, leaving Gibbs to wonder aloud, “Are we there yet?” while they wait as McGee “entertains” him with trivia?
If a laptop sails out of a car window, the answer probably is “We are now.”
