A.P. BIO returns tonight for its second season and Jack remains as miserable as ever. With no archrival to focus his attention, he sets his sights on a new mission in the season premiere: write the most brilliant philosophy book, win a prize, and get out of Toledo. He decides to focus his book on what makes people the town happy, which leads to him recruiting his students to work various jobs around town. Meanwhile, Stef and Mary forget a very special day for Michele, and Helen forgets to order routine maintenance for the school copier. Unfortunately, when the copier breaks down this leads to chaos at the school, leaving her and Durbin to find another solution.
A.P. BIO airs Thursdays at 8:30 p.m. ET/PT on NBC.
