RIVERDALE tackled a CARRIE musical last season and this time they’ll be taking on HEATHERS, the 1980s cult classic film. Cheryl Blossom, of course, plays queen bee Heather Chandler, and she’ll be channeling her own take-charge attitude to deal with a recent fallout. Then there’s Betty, who is very annoyed with Evelyn’s involvement with the musical, and her involvement in the life of Betty’s friends. Elsewhere in the episode, we’ll see Veronica learn some very devastating news about her family, while Archie and Josie have to come a decision about their future. And Jughead will be making a move against his mother, Gladys.
The special musical episode of RIVERDALE airs on March 20 at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT on The CW.
