It’s been a long road for LUCIFER from its cancellation by Fox in the spring of 2018 until its fourth season debut on Netflix in a few short weeks. And today Netflix released our first real look at what’s to come.
The biggest new development is the appearance of Eve. As in Adam and Eve. As in, the first woman who was ever tempted by the devil. With the relationship between Lucifer and Chloe rocky after she witessed his true face, Lucifer has spiraled into what he does best: debauchery. At least until Eve shows up in his club. From that moment on, the pair seem to be dating, having reunited after he first tempted her with an apple all those years ago. Of course, there’s not a lot of people who think Eve hanging around is a good idea.
LUCIFER debuts on Netflix on May 8 with an all new season.
