The season finale of THE INBETWEEN is airing tonight and the final case of the season will be hitting close to home. As you can see in the exclusive clip below, Tom and Damien investigate the murder of a young school teacher who was attached in her apartment. Fortunately, it isn’t long before they catch a lucky break: the victim’s ATM card was used by someone nearby and while that man has disappeared, the owner of the shop has security footage.
Enter lucky break #2: as they watch the security footage, Tom immediately recognizes the man who was using the stolen ATM card and he may be the killer. As it turns out, the man – named Calvin Hayes – had attacked Cassie the month before and she had a dream about him recently. But is he the killer? Elsewhere in the episode, NBC hints that “Cassie realizes that she must deal with Ed Roven once and for all.”
