Booth will go missing in the season premiere of BONES and while the team initially worries that he’s dead, Brennan will prove that the recent victim examined by the Jeffersonian isn’t actually her husband. Still, she’s at a loss as to where he’s gone and what he’s involved in. And while finding him is complicated enough, they have another problem in the form of FBI Agent Miller (guest star Kim Raver), who believes that Booth has turned bad.
In the second episode of the season, the team learns that Miller hasn’t been entirely truthful with the FBI and the Jeffersonian. It turns out that she’s hiding vital information that could be instrumental in finding Booth. Meanwhile, the Jeffersonian is visited by FBI digital forensic scientist Dr. Benjamin Metzger (guest star Josh Casaubon), who works with Angela to try to decode the information the team has been able to uncover regarding Booth’s location and the circumstances surrounding his disappearance.
Also, Arastoo is going to make a big decision that will affect his and Cam’s lives and relationship.
