Sadly, FINDING CARTER has not been renewed by MTV. The drama series’ cancellation was first announced by co-star Zac Pullman, who tweeted: “Sad to say it but if you don’t already know, Finding Carter won’t be returning for a season 3”.
FINDING CARTER wrapped up its second season in December pulling in 330,000 total viewers for its finale. The series centered around Carter, a girl who had been kidnapped as a child, being returned to her family as a teenager. Things became even more complex when she learned that the woman who had kidnapped her and raised her had actually donated the eggs that eventually birthed her and her twin sister.
