Colton Haynes is reprising his role as Roy Harper in the next episode of ARROW.
Team Arrow moved past some terrible adversity after Damian Darhk tried to kill Oliver and Felicity and the young hacker ended up in a wheelchair. Despite feeling like she couldn’t return to help the crime-fighting team in the last episode, Felicity eventually realized she was still indispensable.
In the next episode, titled “Unchained”, Team Arrow will be facing off against a new formidable villain nicknamed The Calculator and Roy Harper will be returning to Star City to join the fight against the criminal of the week. Meanwhile, Nyssa will also be returning and making her own move.
